Ticket Eligibility & Registration

This is an invite-only event for qualified Compass Principal agents. Only principals who receive a direct invitation from Compass are eligible to register and purchase a ticket.

Event capacity is strictly limited to 300 attendees. Once capacity is reached, tickets will only become available if cancellations are received. We strongly recommend registering early to avoid being placed on a waitlist.

Tickets will not be sold at the door. Event badges are required and will be checked for entry to all Summit programming.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If the event reaches capacity and a waitlist has been established, refunds will be issued only if and when tickets are successfully reassigned, and processed in the order cancellations are received.

  • Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another qualified Compass Principal.

  • All ticket transfers must be communicated to the Events Team in advance so attendee records and name badges can be updated.

    Per event policy, only attendee names and locations will be shared to help prevent excessive outreach or mass email communications.

  • Wine Country Business Casual.
    April weather may include cooler mornings and evenings. We recommend comfortable shoes for outdoor events, as portions of the Welcome Reception and Winery Event will take place on grass and gravel.

  • Yes—if space allows on the agenda, attendees are welcome to host an event. To be featured:

    • The event must be open to all Summit attendees

    • If capacity is limited, the Events Team can manage sign-ups and close registration once full

    • Events must take place in the immediate Healdsburg area

    • Events cannot overlap with main summit programming

    Examples include:
    Cocktail receptions, hosted dinners, listing parties, wine tastings, and athletic or wellness activities.

  • If traveling from outside NorCal, the closest airport is Santa Rosa (STS).

    • STS → Appellation Resort: 12 miles | ~17 minutes

    • SFO → Appellation Resort: 83 miles | ~1.5 hours

    • OAK → Appellation Resort: 85 miles | ~1.5 hours

    Uber and Lyft services are available in Healdsburg; however, wait times of 10–15 minutes should be expected.

    Transportation will be provided on Day 2 between Appellation Resort and the Orsi Family Winery Reception, with return service following the event.

    • Complimentary self-parking is available at Appellation Resort

    • Valet parking: $42 per vehicle

  • We recommend arriving in Healdsburg by 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, to participate in the Healdsburg Office Welcome Event and Listing Mixers.
    The official Welcome Reception begins at 4:30 PM on the 15th.

    The final scheduled event is the Orsi Family Winery Reception on Thursday, April 16 (3:30–5:30 PM).

  • Light bites and appetizers will be provided at both receptions as well as the morning of the presentation. Dinners are on your own. We encourage attendees to make dinner reservations in advance and coordinate group dinners with fellow attendees—Healdsburg offers many exceptional dining options!
